Photography in healthcare calls for sensitivity and an understanding of medical processes and situations. Dr. Bertram Schädle is both a photographer and a physician. His many years as a specialist in anaesthesia and an emergency physician give him first-hand knowledge of clinical life and of working in sensitive medical environments.

His work includes portraits of doctors and medical teams, treatment processes, practices and hospital interiors, medical services and product photography for medical technology. The photographs are used on websites, in corporate profiles, image campaigns and healthcare advertising.
