Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Alfahosting. Technical access information such as IP address, access time, requested URL, browser and device details and security or error events may be processed to provide and protect the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation. Server logs are deleted once no longer needed for operating and securing the website, unless legal obligations or specific security incidents require further retention.
Essential browser storage
A PHP session protects the contact form against CSRF. It uses a temporary session cookie (usually PHPSESSID) with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; on HTTPS it is also marked Secure. The session cookie is not used for analytics. The website also stores, in sessionStorage for the current tab, whether the rebranding notice was displayed. Legal basis for related processing: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Strictly necessary device access falls under Section 25(2) German TDDDG.
Contact forms and file uploads
If you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the contact and project details you provide, together with optional reference images or PDFs, to answer the request and prepare or perform contracts. The form accepts up to five attachments, 15 MB total. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or precontractual requests; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting and email providers may process the information. We retain it only as needed, subject to statutory record-keeping obligations.
External links
Links may lead to services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp or client websites. They are ordinary external links, not embedded maps or chat widgets. Following them takes you to an external provider, which then applies its own privacy rules.
Analytics and Google Analytics
Google Analytics is planned but is not enabled in this version. No Google Analytics script or analytics cookie is loaded here. Any later activation will require prior opt-in consent and a way to refuse or withdraw consent. Before activation, this notice will be updated with details of the provider, processing, recipients, retention and international transfers. Legal basis for such future consent-based analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Recipients and retention
Service providers for hosting and email may receive personal data where needed to run the website or respond to inquiries. Other disclosures require an appropriate legal basis. Data are deleted when no longer needed for the relevant purpose, unless legal retention requirements apply.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time.
